By accessing and using the Platform, providing Your Personal Information, or otherwise signalling Your agreement when the option is presented, You consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of information described in this Policy and Terms of Use. If You do not agree, You should not access or use the Platform or engage in communications with us.

Personal Information means information which identifies a Learner, including first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph, and phone number provided at registration or any time thereafter on the Platform.
Sensitive Personal Information includes passwords and financial data, health data, official identifiers, information about sexual life or identity, race, ethnicity, political or religious belief or affiliation, account details and passwords, and other data categorized as sensitive personal data under applicable laws. Use of the term Personal Information includes Sensitive Personal Information as applicable to the context.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect personal and non-personal identifiable information when You visit the Platform, register, or use activities, services, features, or resources made available on the Platform.
We do not ask for Personal Information unless we truly need it; we do not share Personal Information except to comply with applicable laws, develop our products and services, or protect our rights; and we do not store Personal Information on our servers unless required for the ongoing operation of the Platform.
Personal identifiable information may include Your name and email address, and is collected only if voluntarily submitted. Non-personal information may include browser name, language preference, referring site, date and time of requests, operating system, and internet service provider.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfer
Your information, including Personal Information, is stored, processed, and transferred in and to Amazon Web Service servers and databases located in India. We may also use servers in other countries depending on the location of affiliates and service providers.
If You use the Platform from outside India, Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in India and other countries outside Your country of residence. By accessing the Platform or giving us information, You consent to that transfer.
9. Duration for Which Your Information Is Stored
We retain Your information for as long as required for the purposes stated in this Policy, including complying with legal obligations and business requirements. Publicly available communications or documents may not be fully deletable, but we will anonymize Personal Information so You can no longer be identified.

Terms Applicable if You Are a California State Resident
California residents may have rights under the CCPA to access Personal Information, know what information is collected before collection, opt in or out of marketing and analytics, receive equal services without discrimination, and request deletion.
During the preceding 12 months, categories collected may include identifiers, customer-record characteristics, internet or electronic network activity, geolocation, commercial information, audio or visual information, and inferences. We have not sold categories of Personal Information during that period.
Requests to know or delete may be submitted by email to the address in the Grievances section. We may verify identity, use authorized-agent procedures, charge a reasonable fee for excessive requests, or refuse a request where permitted by law. We do not discriminate against consumers for exercising CCPA rights.
